The aim of this study was to determine the concentration of nickel, lead and zinc in Caspian kutum tissues in Guilan and Mazandaran provinces and also to compare it with world standards. Sampling was done in spring 2017 from Sefidroud and Shirood rivers. Samples were prepared by acid digestion method. The concentration of nickel, lead and zinc in some tissues was measured by ICP-OES and compared with some standards. The nickel value recorded in most tissues was significantly higher than the standards presented. The high concentration of nickel in Caspian kutum in Guilan is probably due to drainage of more effluents containing this metal in Guilan province and transfer of pollutants from oil and shipping activities of Azerbaijan by dominant marine currents to the coast. Due to the high concentration of nickel and the high catch of Caspian kutum from the north of the country, as well as the direct effect of heavy metals on each other, more care should be taken when feeding this fish.}, keywords = {“Freshwater”,“ecosystem”,“community health”,“fish”}, title_fa = {بررسی غلظت فلزات سنگین سرب، نیکل و روی در بافت‌های عضله،کبد، آبشش و کلیه ماهی سفید (Rutilus frisii kutum) استان‌های گیلان و مازندران}, abstract_fa = {فلزات سنگین از منابع متخلف به‌طور پیوسته وارد اکوسیستم‌های آبی می‌شوند و با توجه به تقویت تاثیر یکدیگر تهدید جدی برای آبزیان و در نهایت جامعه بشری هستند. این تحقیق با هدف تعیین میزان غلظت فلزات نیکل، سرب و روی در بافت‌های ماهی سفید در گیلان و مازندران و همچنین مقایسه آن با استاندارهای جهانی انجام پذیرفت. نمونه‌برداری در فصل بهار 1396 از رودخانه‌های سفیدرود و شیرود صورت گرفت. نمونه‌ها با روش هضم اسیدی مهیا شدند. میزان غلظت سه فلز سنگین نیکل، سرب و روی در بافت‌های عضله، کبد، آبشش و کلیه به کمک دستگاه ICP-OES سنجش و با برخی استانداردها مقایسه گشت. مقدار نیکل ثبت شده در اکثر بافت‌ها از استانداردهای ارائه شده به‌طور معنی‌داری بیشتر بود. بالا بودن میزان غلظت نیکل در عضله ماهی سفید در گیلان احتمالاً ناشی از تخیله پساب‌های بیشتر حاوی این فلز در این استان و انتقال آلاینده‌ها حاصل از فعالیت‌های نفتی و کشتیرانی کشور آذربایجان توسط جریانات غالب دریایی به سواحل این استان می‌باشد. با توجه به بالا بودن غلظت نیکل و صید بسیار ماهی سفید از شمال کشور و همچنین با در نظر گرفتن ارتباط مستقیم اثر فلزات سنگین بر یکدیگر، باید در هنگام تغذیه از ماهی سفید دقت بیشتری مبذول داشت.}, keywords_fa = {"آب شیرین","بوم‌سازگان","سلامت اجتماع","ماهی"}, url = {https://www.jess.ir/article_109305.html}, eprint = {https://www.jess.ir/article_109305_8fde5fddf89862bbb533e6aebe1e68a8.pdf} }
