Abstract

The purpose of this study was to investigate and identify the most important parameters affecting the climate of Ahwaz. The research methodology was descriptive-analytic using Minitab, spss19 Excel 2013 software. In this research, 30 meteorological parameters were selected from the long-term data of Ahwaz synoptic station for the period of 45 years from 1960-2005 to determine the most important parameters influencing the formation of climate change in Ahwaz. Then, by factor analysis, the number of variables in seven main factors was the number of days of the semi-cloud, the number of cloudy days, the total monthly precipitation, the number of days with lightning storms, the number of days with an average rain or more than 5 mm, the maximum daily rainfall and average temperature The dry matter is 18/28, 17/846, 13/402, 9/680, 7/403, 6/307 and 5/572 respectively, in total, 83/128 percent of the variance, respectively. Subsequently, using time-series models, the results show that the total monthly precipitation, the number of days with rain equal to or greater than 1, 5 and 10 mm, the number of days with a temperature of maximum 30 degrees C and above, The number of days at least 4 ° C and lower, the average relative humidity, the average water vapor pressure, the average wind speed and the number of days of dust can be the most important parameters in predicting the climate change of the Ahwaz station.
