Abstract

The advancement of technology, changing patterns of consumption and increasing population growth have led to excessive waste generation. Undoubtedly, the production of all kinds of residue and waste is one of the most important environmental problems of the present day, which has caused many people's health and health problems. Meanwhile, waste management and waste separation can reduce environmental and health damages and increase cultural, social and economic capital. For this reason, the present study was conducted to measure the participation rate of students at the Shahid Rajaee Higher Education Center of Isfahan in a waste separation project from the source. The target population included all students of this center. Of these, 263 students filled in a questionnaire for a waste separation project. Data were analyzed by SPSS software.
