Location Dam based on Social Impact Assessment with FTOPSIS Technique and FANN Model in MATLAB Software

Abstract

Building a reservoir dam is to store water in the having hight wather The most important step in reservoir dam studies is to select the best point in the basin area. This study was conducted in the village of Lask in Shaft city of Guilan province.
The stages of this study include field observations of the specialty area, and Getting the opinion of the experts which includes 13 criteria in three dimensions (physical, biological, social and economic), and then, based on the AHP technique in Expert Choice software, the definitive weight of the criteria is obtained. So the economic and economic environment with a real weight of 0.44%. Is has the highest percentage.
Then using the standardization of fuzzy maps, the GIS software identified the appropriate locations (Zermich-Molesgam-Shaft) and then, using the fuzzy Topsis technique, a superior position shaft option with a score of 128 was constructed to construct the dam.Finally, based on the fuzzy artificial neural network model, social impacts on dam construction have been investigated. Among the factors examined, the impact on tourism is the most important social activity, which in turn provides water for agriculture in the region and leads to employment in a damaged area.
