Abstract

Due to the increase in environmental pollution, it has become necessary for car manufacturers to build cars with minimal pollution. Therefore, the use of pollution control equipment such as catalysts, EGR system, oxygen sensors, etc. in the car is increasing. Factors influencing the reduction of car exhaust emissions include the engine's internal systems, the fuel system and the car's ignition system. In this research, studies have been conducted on the effect of using optimal wires (with zero resistance) on vehicle exhaust gases. This study was performed on six vehicles (three healthy vehicles and three vehicles with defects in engine, fuel and ignition systems) and the output parameters in the pollution test including CO, HC, CO2 and O2 were analyzed. According to studies, the use of optimal wires in healthy vehicles reduces CO, HC and O2. However, the CO2 parameter in these cars has increased, which confirms the improvement in the use of this type of wire. Therefore, the use of optimal wires, while creating a more complete combustion, can help a lot to reduce environmental pollution.
