The main objective of this research is to study the environmental education status in the formal education system of the country at an elementary level, in formal education we can train our entire target group regularly and consistently each year, and this in informal education may be targeted to all community members. Even in remote and remote areas, unofficial environmental education can not be conducted for all students with a program. Therefore, the importance of incorporating environmental education into the textbook, especially primary school textbooks, which includes the most influential educational field, makes this important. In this research, the status of environmental education in formal education by examining upstream documents, content analysis of the third elementary school as a sample, and examining the level of knowledge, attitude and practice of 35 teachers from 6 primary schools in District 2 of Baharestan province of Tehran were studied. Descriptive-cross-sectional and sampling methods were selected by stratified method and randomly assigned to each class. Therefore, it was observed that the knowledge, attitude and performance of male teachers toward female teachers were more acceptable and better than teachers Woman is.
