Arsenic is one of the most toxic pollutants in soil and groundwater which threaten human and other organsms health. In the present study, the effect of growth promoting bacteria on reducing toxicity from arsenic on biochemical traits and nutrients uptake via canola plant were evaluated. For this purpose, soil samples with medium texture selected from Ardebil and after determination of its physiochemical traits, a pot experiment was conducted as facterial based on ompletely randomized design. Various arsenic levels applied in soil and after two months, soil samples were inoculated with PGPR and canola was cultivated. Results were analyzed by MSTAT-C softaware. Results showed that increasing arsenic level resulted to decreasing trend in total chlorophyll content, so that in the highest arsenic concentration, lowest total chlorophyll content observed by 8.9 mg/g leaf. Alos, according to the results, highest magnesium content obtained in pseudomonas putida inoculation and control (without arsenic) and the lowest amount was for azosprillium and 30mg/kg arsenic level. Totally, use of plang growth promoting bacteria caused improvement in plant biochemical traits and increasing nutrients uptake.
