The goal was presented environmental management. Problem were formulated by Swot approach to find smart strategy helping manager make decision using SWOT method which have components extended from SWOT letter strengths ,weakness, opportunities and threats.
A five scale LIKRET designed questionnaire were filled by expertise, internal and external factors were weighted through matrix to find smart SWOT strategy helping manger to find the best managing strategy.
Results show strengths were overcome weakness weighted as an internal factors matrix, people knowing low polluted car was defund as the most important strengths on the other hand opportunities overcome threats weighted through external factor matrix, new national environmental regulations were the most important opportunity.
In the end SO strategy were defined as the best through weighted QSPM matrix means get strengths to take advantage of opportunities. Advertising in the field of environmtal culture and the importance of technical examination were defined as the best.
